General Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Market campaigns are open to persons who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. Employees of the sponsoring company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in campaigns.
2. How to Enter
Interested participants can enter campaigns (singular or many) by following the instructions provided in marketing materials. All entries must be submitted during a campaign's specified period, which will be clearly stated in marketing materials.
3. Incentives
Campaign incentives and or rewards, if any, will be specified in marketing materials. Incentives and or rewards are campaign and product specific, and no substitutions will be allowed. Where incentives and or rewards are transferable and withdrawable, such transferability and withdrawal is contingent on a maturation period for incentives and rewards, and on Users contribution and Active Participation, where Active Participation is defined as Users purchasing Tokens using their own funds, for a period of no less than 2 (two) years from date of first Tokens purchase using own funds. The sponsoring company reserves the right to modify or terminate campaign incentives and or rewards, or to amend terms and conditions associated with campaign incentives and or rewards, at any time without notice.
4. General Terms
These General Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the sponsoring company's Product Terms and Conditions and Website Terms and Conditions. By participating in campaigns, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the sponsoring company, which are final and binding in all matters related to campaigns.
5. Limitations of Liability
The sponsoring company is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any errors or malfunctions of any kind.
6. Release of Liability
By participating in campaigns, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsoring company from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to participation.
7. Disputes
Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules.
8. Governing Law
Campaigns are governed by English law.
